Founded by Slav Savov in London in 2019, Benetact's main objective is to deliver High-Quality Architectural Design. We approach architecture with particular consideration for aesthetics, function, buildability, sustainability and cost efficiency. As designers, we know that most of the challenges within a construction project should be met during the design stage, resulting in a higher value of our services to our clients, minimising construction, running and maintenance costs. We work together with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and always make special effort to assist them in making informed decisions about their projects.

Sustainability
Whether through our design or by supporting various climate initiatives, we are determined to assist in the fight against climate change by helping limit CO2 emissions whichever way possible. We make regular contributions to Ecologi, who plant millions of trees and fund numerous sustainable development projects around the world. We welcome businesses and individuals to take part as well.
