Although widely considered a precursor to the design process, the feasibility assessment stage provides an opportunity to explore different design ideas, which is why our approach is to come up with basic outline schemes at this stage and assess and advise upon their architectural merit.

Final Report

Our final assessment will be presented in the form of a structured written report, identifying the possible opportunities and constraints within the property, which can then be used to inform design and planning decisions.
